Dune Pansy grows on dry grasslands and sand dunes. It is a subspecies of Heartsease (Wild Pansy), but differs by being perennial and having spreading rhizomes. The flowers may be yellow, purple, or bicoloured (for example yellow+white or yellow+purple).
