| Lady's-mantle | Rose family |
| Alchemilla vulgaris | Rosaceae |
The wild Lady's Mantle grows in upland locations. The yellow-green flowers consist of 4 sepals (not petals), surrounded by an epicalyx. It differs from the garden variety (Alchemilla mollis) by being less hairy and having epicalyx sepals shorter than the calyx sepals.
