| Autumn Squill | Lily family |
| Scilla autumnalis | Liliaceae |
Autumn squill is similar to Spring squill: the easiest method of distinguishing them is flowering time, as the autumn squill only starts flowering in July. The autumn squill has purple flowers and anthers, and does not have the bract of spring squill. It is also much rarer, only being found on the coasts of Devon and Cornwall.
