Beaked Hawk's-beard has bright yellow flowers with red streaks on the underside of the outer florets.
It is covered in downy hairs. The seeds have long beaks.
Like all hawksbeards, it has two rows of involucre bracts, where bracts in the outer row
are shorter and are spread out from the base.
